REGAS Commentary
Relevant parcel owners and local residents should carefully examine these changes in the protected status of their properties. In particular, while restrictions on property rights are eased for parcels removed from protected areas, construction activities in newly registered or updated status areas remain subject to strict oversight and board approval.
