REGAS Commentary
This tariff determines the exact amounts of the travel allowances and expenses to which notary publics are entitled for their off-office duties. It is important for citizens insofar as it shows the statutory upper limits of the expense items payable in the processes of summoning a notary public to an external location or delivering documents.
