Producers Attention: 2026 Livestock Supports Have Increased

The 2026 unit support amounts, multipliers, and amendment of pleadings incentives for livestock and aquatic product supports for 2024-2026 were readjusted through Presidential Decision No. 11782.
Details of the Regulation
With the amendments made to Presidential Decision No. 8760, calf support for 2026 has been updated to 2,000 TL/head, heifer support to 4,000 TL/head, and support for lambs/kids that have lived for at least 120 days to 430 TL/head. Additionally, additional support multipliers have been defined depending on artificial insemination, pedigree, genomic testing, and beekeeping enterprise conditions.
Under the support for animal losses, 20,000 TL/head will be paid for cattle and buffalo and 4,000 TL/head for sheep and goats for offspring losses among pregnant animals in 2026. Additional multipliers have also been introduced for beehives and raw milk supports to promote professional qualifications and buffer-zone protections.
The support tables for aquaculture (trout, carp, mussels, etc.) and the conservation of animal genetic resources (buffalo, Ankara goat, community-based amendment of pleadings projects) have been revised; it has been stipulated that the decision will enter into force as of 1/1/2026.
